Will I actually talk to a provider, or is this all automated?
A licensed provider personally reviews every intake. Depending on the service, you may also have a live video consultation. Follow-up may happen through secure messaging, a scheduled video visit, or a phone consultation. You'll know what to expect before you begin.
What happens if I'm not approved for treatment?
If a provider determines that a particular treatment isn't right for you, they'll let you know and, where possible, suggest alternatives. You won't be charged for a prescription or treatment that isn't issued. You may be charged a small consultation fee depending on the service.
